1. About Konjiku

Konjiku provides AI-powered marketing tools and free marketing calculators for campaign planning, copy creation, forecasting and performance analysis.

2. Acceptance and Eligibility

By using Konjiku, you confirm that you:

• Are legally able to use online software services in your location.
• Will use Konjiku lawfully and will not misuse, disrupt or attack the service.
• Have authorization to accept these Terms if you use Konjiku for a company, agency or client.
• Will provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting payment details.

3. Free Access

The marketing calculators are free to use and do not count toward any AI generation allowance.

Free access to the AI tools currently includes 2 successful campaign generations per day across both AI tools combined. Copying a generated output does not count as another generation.

Konjiku may use usage controls to prevent abuse of free access, and may change, reduce, expand or pause free access in the future to protect the service, manage costs or improve the product.

4. Accounts

An account is required for Pro access and some account features.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. Sharing accounts without authorization, creating fake accounts or misrepresenting your identity is not permitted.

Konjiku may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that appear fake, abusive or harmful to the service.

5. Konjiku Pro

Konjiku Pro is currently available at an introductory price of ₹499 for 30 days of access after payment approval. The planned regular price is ₹999 for 30 days. Current pricing is always shown on the Pricing page before purchase.

Pro includes:

• Access to both AI marketing tools.
• Unlimited AI campaign generations, subject to fair usage.
• Pro functionality such as Advanced Mode where applicable.
• 30 days of access from the date your payment is approved.

Pro does not currently renew automatically. Pro access is linked to the account used at signup, and you must be signed in to use it.

Fair usage applies: unlimited generation is intended for normal human use. Konjiku may limit or review activity that appears automated, abusive or harmful to service performance.

6. Payments, Approval and Renewal

Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another payment provider. You may be asked to submit verification details such as your account email and payment or transaction ID, and optionally a payment screenshot.

At the current stage, Pro access is approved manually after verification. Submitting payment details does not by itself guarantee approval.

Pro access lasts 30 days from approval unless clearly stated otherwise. There is no automatic renewal; you may purchase another 30-day period after expiry. Once Pro expires, the account returns to Free access limits.

Payment availability, processing times and transaction rules are controlled by the payment provider, and Konjiku is not responsible for provider downtime, failed redirects or user-side payment errors.

7. Refunds

Because Pro provides digital access, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been activated, except where required by law or where Konjiku approves a refund for cases such as duplicate payment, an incorrect payment, or payment made without paid access being provided.

Send refund requests to konjiku.support@gmail.com with your registered email, payment ID, payment date and the reason for the request. Refund approval is at Konjiku's discretion, subject to payment provider rules and applicable law.

8. AI-Generated Content

AI outputs are generated from the information you provide. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, generic, non-unique or outdated, and you should review and edit them before use.

Konjiku does not guarantee leads, sales, conversions, ROAS, ad approval or other campaign outcomes. You are responsible for ensuring your published content complies with applicable laws and the policies of the advertising platforms you use.

Unless explicitly integrated, Konjiku does not claim that AI outputs use live CPC, live search volume, live competitor data or other real-time market data. Character-limit guidance is provided as a convenience, and platform rules may change.

9. Marketing Calculator Disclaimer

Konjiku's marketing calculators provide estimates based on the inputs and assumptions entered by the user. Results such as projected traffic, leads, ROAS, CAC, revenue or break-even figures are illustrative estimates and are not guarantees of actual campaign performance.

You should independently review calculations before making advertising, financial or business decisions.

10. User Inputs and Output Rights

You confirm that you have the right to submit the information you enter into Konjiku, and that you will not submit confidential or sensitive third-party data without permission.

You may use generated outputs for legitimate marketing and business purposes. AI outputs may not be unique, similar outputs may be produced for other users, and Konjiku does not guarantee exclusivity or ownership of any phrase, slogan or creative idea. You remain responsible for checking originality, trademark risk and legal suitability before commercial use.

Feedback and suggestions may be used by Konjiku to improve the service without an obligation to compensate the submitter, provided no confidential information is intentionally submitted.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use Konjiku for illegal, fraudulent or misleading purposes.
• Create harmful, deceptive, hateful or non-compliant content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data.
• Attack, overload or disrupt the service.
• Scrape, clone, resell or reverse engineer the platform where prohibited.
• Bypass usage limits or use automated tools for abusive generation.
• Submit fake or fraudulent payment information.

Konjiku may limit, suspend or terminate access for misuse.

12. Intellectual Property

The Konjiku platform, software, branding, interfaces, workflows and original site content remain the property of Konjiku or their respective rights holders.

Using Konjiku or its generated outputs does not give you ownership of the underlying platform, and Konjiku branding may not be used without permission.

13. Service Availability and Third Parties

Konjiku depends on third-party services for AI generation, hosting, databases, authentication, payments, email and other infrastructure. Service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.

Konjiku does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Relevant third-party terms, including those of the payment provider, may also apply to your use of the service.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Konjiku is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

Konjiku does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, campaign results or advertising platform approval.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Konjiku is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential business losses, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost advertising spend, arising from use of the service or reliance on its outputs.

15. Changes to the Service and Terms

Konjiku may update its features, free usage limits, Pro features, pricing and these Terms. Current pricing is always displayed on the Pricing page before purchase.

When these Terms are updated, the Last updated date on this page will be revised. Continued use of Konjiku after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes may be handled by the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
