Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 07/21/2026

Welcome to Konjiku.

These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using the Konjiku website, tools, free plan, Pro plan, AI-generated outputs, payment process, feedback features, and related services.

By accessing or using Konjiku, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or tools.

1. About Konjiku

Konjiku is an AI-powered marketing campaign toolkit that helps users plan campaign ideas and generate campaign-ready copy.

Konjiku currently includes:

1. Campaign Opportunity Finder

A tool that helps users discover campaign ideas, keyword themes, hooks, ad angles, landing page directions, CTA ideas, and campaign opportunities.

2. Campaign Copy Generator

A tool that helps users generate Google Ads copy, Meta Ads copy, landing page copy, CTA options, and campaign-ready copy variations.

Konjiku is designed to support marketers, freelancers, founders, agencies, small businesses, ecommerce brands, course creators, and other users who want to create marketing campaign ideas and ad copy faster.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Konjiku, you confirm that:

  • You have read these Terms.
  • You agree to follow these Terms.
  • You are responsible for how you use the AI-generated outputs.
  • You will not misuse, abuse, copy, attack, or disrupt the website or tools.
  • You will use the tool only for lawful and ethical purposes.

If you use Konjiku on behalf of a business, agency, client, or company, you confirm that you have permission to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Eligibility

You should use Konjiku only if you are legally allowed to use online software services in your location.

By using Konjiku, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you are using the service with permission from a parent, guardian, employer, or authorized representative.
  • You will provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting payment details.
  • You will not use the service for unlawful, misleading, harmful, or abusive purposes.

4. Free Access

Konjiku may allow users to try the tools for free without signing up.

Free users can access both tools with limited daily usage.

Current free access includes:

  • 2 successful campaign generations per day.
  • Access to Campaign Opportunity Finder.
  • Access to Campaign Copy Generator.
  • Ability to copy generated outputs.

The free limit applies across both tools combined.

Example:

If a user generates 1 campaign opportunity output and 1 campaign copy output, the daily free limit is reached.

Copying generated output does not count as a new generation.

Konjiku may change, reduce, expand, pause, or remove free access at any time to protect the service, prevent abuse, control AI usage costs, or improve user experience.

5. Anonymous Free Usage

Free users may use the tools without creating an account.

To manage free usage, Konjiku may use basic tracking methods such as:

  • Browser localStorage.
  • Anonymous visitor ID.
  • Usage count.
  • Date-based free limit.
  • IP-based rate limiting.
  • Device or browser-level usage controls.
  • Abuse prevention checks.

These controls are used to prevent spam, repeated misuse, excessive AI usage, and abuse of the free plan.

Anonymous free usage is not guaranteed to work permanently across all browsers, devices, or sessions. If a user clears browser data, changes devices, uses private browsing, or changes networks, the usage tracking may behave differently.

Konjiku reserves the right to block, limit, or restrict usage if suspicious activity is detected.

6. Free Limit Reached

When the free generation limit is reached, users may see a message asking them to upgrade to Pro.

The free limit message may include:

  • A notice that the free daily limit has been reached.
  • A suggestion to upgrade to Pro.
  • A link to create an account or log in.
  • A note that the free limit may reset later, if daily free usage is enabled.

Users are not required to upgrade, but additional generations may be blocked once the free limit is reached.

7. Account Creation

Users who want to upgrade to the Pro plan must create an account or log in.

Account creation may require:

  • Name.
  • Email address.
  • Password.
  • Email verification, if enabled.
  • Other information needed to manage account access and payments.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

You agree not to:

  • Share your account with unauthorized users.
  • Create fake accounts.
  • Use someone else’s account.
  • Misrepresent your identity.
  • Use temporary or misleading information for payment approval.

Konjiku may suspend or restrict accounts that appear fake, abusive, suspicious, or harmful.

8. Pro Plan

The Pro plan gives users expanded access to Konjiku.

Current Pro plan:

  • Price: ₹499/month.
  • Access to Campaign Opportunity Finder.
  • Access to Campaign Copy Generator.
  • Unlimited campaign generations.
  • Ability to copy generated outputs.
  • Valid for 30 days after manual approval.
  • Fair usage applies to prevent abuse.

Pro access is linked to the user account used during signup/login.

A Pro user must be signed in to use Pro access.

If a Pro user logs out, the website may treat that session as an anonymous visitor until the user signs in again.

9. Fair Usage Policy

The Pro plan includes unlimited campaign generations for normal, reasonable, human use.

However, “unlimited” does not mean abusive, automated, or harmful usage.

Konjiku may apply fair usage controls to protect the service from:

  • Bots.
  • Automated scraping.
  • Repeated rapid generation.
  • Excessive API usage.
  • Attempts to overload the system.
  • Abuse of AI generation.
  • Sharing one account with many users.
  • Reselling access without permission.
  • Using the tool in a way that harms performance for other users.

Konjiku may limit, slow down, temporarily block, or review usage if activity appears abnormal.

For normal users, this should not affect regular campaign generation.

10. Payment Process

Konjiku currently plans to use Razorpay Payment Link for Pro payments.

The payment flow may work as follows:

  • User clicks “Upgrade to Pro”.
  • User signs up or logs in.
  • User opens the Pro Upgrade page.
  • User clicks the Razorpay Payment Link.
  • User pays ₹499.
  • User submits payment details on Konjiku.
  • Konjiku manually verifies the payment.
  • Admin approves Pro access.
  • Pro access becomes active for 30 days.

Payment methods may be handled by Razorpay or another third-party payment provider.

Konjiku does not directly store card, UPI, bank, or payment method details.

Payment processing is subject to the payment provider’s own terms, policies, availability, security checks, and transaction rules.

11. Manual Payment Approval

Pro access is not activated automatically at this stage.

After payment, users may need to submit:

  • Name.
  • Email used for signup.
  • Razorpay Payment ID or transaction ID.
  • Payment screenshot, if requested or available.
  • Any additional information required for verification.

Konjiku will manually verify the payment before activating Pro access.

Submitting payment details does not guarantee approval.

Pro access will be activated only after successful verification.

12. Payment Link Availability

The Razorpay Payment Link may not always be active.

If the payment link is not configured, inactive, unavailable, or under setup, users may see a message such as:

“Payment link is not active yet. Please contact support to upgrade.”

Konjiku is not responsible for failed payments, failed redirects, payment gateway downtime, user-side payment errors, or delays caused by third-party payment providers.

13. Pro Validity and Expiry

Pro access is valid for 30 days from the date of manual approval, unless stated otherwise.

After the Pro period expires:

  • The account may return to Free access.
  • Free usage limits may apply again.
  • The user may need to renew Pro access.
  • The user may be asked to pay again through the available payment method.

Konjiku may display the Pro expiry date inside the account, dashboard, or tool page.

If a payment is approved late due to manual verification, the 30-day period starts from the approval date unless Konjiku decides otherwise.

14. Renewals

At the current stage, Pro access may work as a manual monthly renewal.

This means users may need to pay again and submit payment details again after the 30-day period expires.

In the future, Konjiku may add automated subscriptions, recurring payments, Razorpay Subscriptions, UPI Autopay, or other recurring billing methods.

If recurring billing is introduced, separate subscription terms, cancellation rules, renewal rules, and payment provider terms may apply.

15. Refund Policy

Because Konjiku provides digital access to AI tools, payments are generally non-refundable once Pro access has been activated.

However, Konjiku may review refund requests in cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment.
  • Incorrect payment.
  • Payment made but Pro access not provided.
  • Technical issue caused by Konjiku that prevents access.
  • Any case where a refund is required by applicable law.

Refund approval is at the discretion of Konjiku, subject to payment provider rules and applicable laws.

Users should contact support with:

  • Registered email.
  • Payment ID.
  • Date of payment.
  • Reason for refund request.

Refunds, if approved, may take time depending on Razorpay, bank, UPI, or payment provider processing timelines.

Users should always review and modify outputs before using them.

Konjiku may help generate platform-friendly copy for formats such as Google Ads headlines, Google Ads descriptions, Meta Ads primary text, Meta headlines, Meta descriptions, landing page sections, and CTAs.

While Konjiku may check or guide character limits, users should still verify the final copy before publishing, because platform rules and display behavior may change.

If users provide this context, Konjiku may use it to create more relevant campaign ideas and copy.

Users are responsible for ensuring that any trend, event, competitor, or market information they provide is accurate and lawful to use.

Konjiku may include a feedback form where users can submit:

  • Improvement suggestions.
