Depending on how you use Konjiku, we may collect:

• Your name and email address.
• Account information such as plan type, plan status and daily usage counts.
• Campaign, audience, offer and marketing information you submit to the AI tools.
• Payment verification information if you upgrade to Pro.
• Feedback, contact form and support messages.
• Basic technical and usage data such as browser and device type, pages visited, timestamps and error logs.

Marketing calculators run in your browser and do not require an account.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide and operate Konjiku's tools and calculators.
• Generate the AI outputs you request.
• Manage accounts, free usage limits and Pro access.
• Verify payments and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Respond to support, contact and feedback messages.
• Maintain security and improve the product.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Where required by law, we rely on your consent, our legitimate interests, contractual necessity or legal obligations as the basis for processing.

3. AI Tools and User Inputs

When you use an AI tool, you submit marketing information such as your product or service, audience, goal, offer and tone. This information may be processed by an AI service provider or backend AI system in order to generate the result you requested.

Please do not submit:

• Passwords or account credentials.
• Payment card, UPI or banking details.
• Government ID numbers.
• Sensitive personal information.
• Confidential client information or business information you are not authorized to share.

You are responsible for reviewing what you enter into the tools.

4. Browser Storage, Cookies and Usage Data

Konjiku may use cookies, browser storage or similar technologies for:

• Login and session functionality.
• Preferences such as light or dark theme.
• Tracking limited free usage so daily allowances can be applied.
• Abuse prevention, rate limiting and security.
• Product analytics, if enabled.

Konjiku may use analytics services in the future to understand aggregated usage such as page views and traffic sources. Analytics are never used to collect payment credentials.

You can clear cookies and browser storage at any time, though doing so may affect sessions, preferences or free usage tracking.

5. Payments

Pro payments may be processed through Razorpay or another payment provider. Payment providers collect and process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

For Pro verification, Konjiku may receive or store limited information such as your account email, payment ID or transaction ID, amount and status, and a payment screenshot if you choose to submit one.

Konjiku does not directly collect or store full card details, UPI PINs or bank login credentials. Payment verification information is used only to confirm your payment, activate Pro access, prevent fraud and provide support.

6. How We Share Information

Konjiku does not sell personal information.

We share information only where necessary with service providers that support:

• AI generation.
• Hosting, databases and file storage.
• Authentication.
• Payments, including Razorpay.
• Email delivery.
• Security and analytics, where used.

We may also disclose information where legally required, or to protect the rights, safety and security of Konjiku and its users.

7. Data Retention

Konjiku keeps information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain accounts, verify payments, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

Different categories of data may have different retention periods. For example, account information is generally kept while your account exists, while payment verification records may be kept longer for accounting and legal purposes.

8. Data Security

Konjiku uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse or disclosure. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping your own login credentials confidential.

9. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request:

• Access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion of your account or personal information.
• Information about how your data is used.
• Withdrawal of consent, where consent applies.

10. Children and Sensitive Information

Konjiku is not intended for children and should not be used by anyone below the age required to use online services in their location.

You should not submit sensitive information unless it is necessary and legally permitted. This includes passwords, financial credentials, government IDs, medical information and confidential third-party information.

11. International and Third-Party Processing

Some service providers used by Konjiku may process or store information in countries other than your own. We aim to work with reputable providers and apply reasonable safeguards where applicable.

Third-party services and any external websites linked from Konjiku operate under their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material updates, we will change the Last updated date shown at the top of this page.

Continued use of Konjiku after an update means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
